Order Processing
Our team at Flag of Nation is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. For in-stock items, orders placed before 12 PM PST (Monday – Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the 48 continental U.S. states and Canada. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada may require additional shipping fees and extended delivery times.
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days.
Shipping is done via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail by default.
Expedited shipping options (UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Three Day Select) are available upon request.
Note: Certain shipping methods are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Canada.
Shipping Costs & Handling
Shipping charges shown at checkout include handling fees.
Standard or economy shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
For accurate shipping costs to these regions, please contact us before placing your order.
Additional shipping charges will be billed separately after the order is placed.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
If your order has shipped and you need to update the shipping address, please contact UPS or USPS directly using your tracking number.
Once the order has left our facility, we cannot make address changes.
If an incorrect or undeliverable address was provided and the shipment is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
Custom Orders
Custom-made products may require 2–4 business days to ship, depending on the quantity and production requirements.
Shipping timelines for custom orders are shared after the design and order are finalized.

Order Not Received?
If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
We cannot accept claims of non-delivery after 7 business days have passed.
