📦 How long does it take to make and ship a flag?

Both pole kits serve the same purpose — to hold your flag up and let it wave smoothly. The main difference is:

  • The Flexible Pole Kit has a bendable tip and fits in our travel bags.

  • The Pre-Curved Pole Kit has a fixed shape and does not fit in travel bags.

  • Double-sided flags have two flag layers sewn together with a black mesh in between, so the design shows clearly on both sides with no bleed-through.

  • Single-sided flags are printed on one piece of fabric. The design is visible from the back, but it appears mirrored and lighter.

Think of it like using a Sharpie on paper — you’ll see the ink on the back, but reversed and not as bold.

Yes! We do offer rush shipping and rush production.

Our products do not come with a warranty. Since they are mainly used outdoors, their durability depends on usage and weather conditions.

We recommend bringing your flags indoors at night, during strong winds, or in bad weather to help them last longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipping for tracking numbers to become active.

You can also request tracking details by contacting us or filling out a tracking request form on our website.

Yes! We can rush the production for an extra fee. Pricing depends on:

  • What you’re ordering

  • The quantity

  • How fast you need them

We only offer repairs for custom-made items. If your custom order is less than 6 months old, we may repair it for free.

We mainly repair flag sleeves, but if the damage is elsewhere, email a photo of the tear to 📧 sales@flagofnation.com, and we’ll let you know if it can be fixed.

No, unfortunately custom products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective.

Please make sure all designs are approved carefully before we start production.

You can return or exchange in-stock items as long as they are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • Returned within 15 business days of delivery

You are responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee of 10–15% may apply.

We offer two types of mounting bases for our flag kits:

  • Ground Spike – Great for outdoor use on grass or dirt

  • Cross Base – Works on flat surfaces like concrete or indoor flooring

A SKU number is the product ID for each item. You can find it on the product page, usually listed above the item name.
