At Flag of Nation, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following return guidelines carefully:


🚫 No Returns for Orders Before June 2024

For the safety of our team, we do not accept returns for orders placed before June 2020.


πŸ“‹ General Return Policy

  • All returns must be submitted using our Return Request Form.

  • Only unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must show no signs of use.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Return labels are not provided.

β›” No Returns on Seasonal or Short-Term Promo Items

We do not accept returns on holiday items or short-term promotional flags, including (but not limited to):
πŸŽ„ Christmas, πŸŽƒ Halloween, πŸŽ† 4th of July, πŸšͺ Grand Opening, or πŸͺ Now Open designs.


πŸ’° Restocking Fees

If a return is approved outside the return window, or the item is used or opened, a restocking fee between 10% and 50% will apply depending on item condition.
No refund will be given for damaged products.


🎨 Custom Orders – No Returns

All custom and semi-custom products (flags, banners, inflatable tube men, etc.) are non-refundable, unless they arrive defective.

  • We are not responsible for typos, color mismatches, or proof errors approved by the customer.

  • Always double-check your design, spelling, and layout before approving.

  • No reprints or refunds will be issued for approved custom jobs.

We cannot guarantee perfect color matching.
For best results, submit CMYK or Pantone (PMS) color codes. RGB colors are not supported.
Color may vary depending on material and ink.


🧡 Custom Repairs

Need a repair on a custom product?

  • We offer free repairs if the item is repairable.

  • Send photos to πŸ“§ sales@flagofnation.com for evaluation.

  • If approved, ship it to us (you cover shipping).

  • Repairs take 3–5 business days, and we’ll send it back to you once done.


πŸ“¦ Missing or Damaged Items

Please check your package as soon as it arrives.

  • You must report any missing or damaged items within 5 business days of delivery.

  • For manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, email πŸ“§ sales@flagofnation.com with photos and your order number.


πŸ” Return Process

  1. Email or call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • The items you want to return

    • The reason for return

    • If exchanging, tell us which item you’d like instead.

  3. We’ll provide you with a return address and RMA number.
    ❗ Do not ship items without an RMA.

  4. Once we receive your return:

    • Items will be inspected.

    • Refund or exchange will be processed in 5–7 business days.

    • Please share your return tracking number with us.

🚚 We recommend using UPS Ground for large returns and USPS for small items.
